The last born but actually the oldest wine. It is a beautiful thing to tell today what was once done. Since the most ancient rural tradition, the “Government of the Tuscan use” gives a pleasant softness with fruity aromas and elegance. Red wines obtained with traditional grapes drying, coming only from our vineyards, without the use of selected yeasts and enzymes. Serve in decanter at 18/20 degrees. Wine for traditional Tuscan dishes.
