This typical and traditional Tuscan dessert wine is extremely rare because it is produced in small quantities. Its quality has been recognised by the creation of the appellation DOC Vinsanto del Chianti.

With olives harvested by hand in our olive groves in the Municipalities of Cavriglia and Terranuova Bracciolini, the Extra Virgin Olive Oil Tiberio is produced by cold pressing.
